Delivery

🚚 For delivery, we will ship via Qxpress. If you order now, we will hand over the parcel to Qxpress on the next working day and you should receive it within the next 1-2 working days after the courier receives it if there is no delay.

❕Kindly note that pickup and delivery by the courier is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

  • AMK, Bedok, Woodlands, Tuas: 9:30am-12pm or 1pm-5pm on weekdays and 9:30am-12pm on Saturdays
  • Pavilion Street: 9am-9pm on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays

⚠️ Important Note on Self-collection

Please note that only the helium tank is available for pick up at our AMK, Bedok, Tuas and Woodlands locations as they are gas warehouses.

➡️ If you would like to pick up all our items (helium tank, balloons, ribbons, etc), self collection is only available from Pavilion Street (between Bukit Gombak and Bukit Panjang) or by delivery

🛒 How to proceed with self-collection?

If you would like to proceed, you can place an order and message us via the chat once order is complete. We will then reply you to confirm the self-collection date & time.

The full address will also be provided once order is confirmed
